Bifys does not have a returns policy; we work within the guidelines set by the store or website you purchased from. Remember we are just providing the forwarding service. Most businesses offer 30 days from the time it arrives here at our door in Massachusetts.

We will let you know the return policy of the individual supplier at time of you purchase. Remember though, timing is everything. If you are unhappy you must return the item to us right away so that everything is completed within the supplier’s terms and conditions.
