Bifys.com is not a retailer, manufacturer or shipping company; Bifys.com is a service provider that grants European shoppers information and access to US consumer products. For a small fee Bifys.com provides the shopper with pricing (excluding your local taxes) information for the delivery of items to an address of their choosing outside of the United States of America.
Manufacturers / Retailers Terms and Conditions
Upon placing your order you are stating that you have read and understand the manufacturers / retailers terms and conditions and that you understand these terms and conditions are not created or enforced by Bifys.com. As the buyer you are bound by these terms and conditions and cannot hold Bifys.com responsible for any issues which may arise.
Choice of Vendors and Suppliers
Although from time to time you may see items listed and vendors named on the Bifys website, it is in no way an endorsement of their products and services. Bifys strives to keep you informed of new products regardless of their effectiveness in real world situations. A purchases from any particular vendor or service provider is undertaken entirely at the discretion of you the shopper.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Bifys.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delivery.
Limitations and Warranty
For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from bifys.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Privacy
Shipping products internationally you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Bifys may be required to provide order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
Defective Items
If your item isn't working properly, please check the product manual (which arrived with the item). You can usually find troubleshooting and "getting started" information on the manufactures web site too. If you need additional assistance, you need to request missing pieces or replacement parts, or you need warranty information, please contact the product's manufacturer directly.
Exclusions
In the event that a customer wishes to us Bifys.com for the sole purpose of forwarding a package, Bifys.com has the right to fully inspect said packages suitability for shipping which may include opening the item. In the event that Bifys.com deems your item unsuitable for shipping, you will be notified immediately. Customer is responsible for all handling and shipping costs associated with this service.
Bifys.com will not ship the following items;
1. Fruit
2. Vegetables
3. Seeds
4. Firearms
5. Animals, either alive or dead
6. Body parts
Cancel an order
You are free to cancel your order up to the point of dispatch from our facility, once your item leaves our location we have no way to recall an order that has shipped via the US Postal Service. Cancelled orders may be subject to a return shipment fee (case by case basis) and Bifys.com handling charge of $5.00. Refunds are less the difference of original item cost and fees.

DVD - $25.00 USD
Return Shipping - $5.00 USD
Bifys Handling - $5.00
Balance returned to customer - $15.00
*Note that shipping costs to our facility are non-refundable
Returns
An items return is subject to the terms and conditions set out by the manufacturer or retailer selling the item. It is the buyer responsibility to understand these terms and conditions prior to placing an order.
Governing Law
All transactions and disputes are governed by the state of Massachusetts, United States of America
